Usage Policy

Purpose

Tara Workspace is for constructive personal planning: goals, paths, tradeoffs, timelines, next actions, and follow-through. This Usage Policy explains what is allowed and what is not allowed when using Tara.

Allowed Use

• Clarifying personal, career, education, creative, or work goals.
• Comparing safe and lawful paths toward a goal.
• Creating timelines, action boards, and planning notes.
• Reflecting on tradeoffs, constraints, risks, and next actions.
• Using Tara for private planning that respects other people.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Tara to plan, request, store, or facilitate:

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, money laundering, or evading sanctions.
• Violence, self-harm, exploitation, abuse, harassment, or stalking.
• Credential theft, phishing, malware, security bypasses, or unauthorized access.
• Collection or exposure of private information without consent.
• Impersonation, deceptive activity, spam, or manipulation.
• Infringing, misusing, or distributing content without rights.
• Attempts to bypass Tara plan limits, payment verification, authorization checks, or account controls.
• Attempts to override system rules, security rules, or safety protections.

Payments And Account Access

• Do not submit fake payment callbacks, forged provider payloads, or replayed payment events.
• Do not attempt to gain Pro access without a valid subscription or admin grant.
• Do not abuse account controls, role management, or plan-limit checks.
• Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal use are subject to Stripe's own terms and review.

User Content

You are responsible for the goals, plans, notes, and other content you add to Tara. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that violates this policy or someone else's rights.

Safety Boundaries

Tara is not a replacement for professional advice. Planning content may involve career, financial, legal, health, or personal decisions. You are responsible for your choices and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Enforcement

We may suspend, disable, limit, remove content, or terminate access if we believe an account violates this Usage Policy, threatens user safety, compromises security, or creates legal or operational risk. We may preserve records when needed to investigate abuse, enforce this policy, or comply with law.
